Revised Support Structure for Teachers from T4.
A revised organisational structure for T4 full time staff in place from the 2008/2009 school year. In addition to a Regional Organiser, a Subject Support Specialist for both Design and Communication Graphics and Technology has been assigned to each Education Centre area. Full contact details for all personnel are given below.
Regional Organisers.
Regional Organisers are primarily responsible for all matters relating to the organisation of T4 courses in their regions. This includes the assigning of teachers to courses, receiving Confirmation Faxes from schools and dealing with general queries from Teachers and Principals.
Subject Support Specialists. Where teachers have specific queries in relation to teaching and learning in Design and Communication Graphics or Technology and do not have a pending Professional Development event at which they can raise their query, they should contact the appropriate Subject Support Specialist.
Teachers are likely to find that it will be more satisfactory to raise their query with the Subject Support Specialist by email in the first instance, as all t4 personnel will be heavily involved in conducting Professional Development courses throughout the year.
